Our service includes a pre-test check of the information provided to us for the equipment and vessel against Inmarsat records, which means more tests pass first time!

Our dedicated Service Delivery Team is available 365 days a year to provide personal support for each LRIT Conformance Test submitted, ensuring you are kept informed at each step of the test process.

If the LRIT Test does not complete successfully first time, we will retest the equipment at no charge. If we suspect there are any issues with the equipment, our Service Delivery Team will work with you to identify the issue and the solution.
All our tests are treated as ‘fast track’ and Conformance Test Reports are provided immediately upon successful completion of the test (providing payment was made at the time of registration).
